How / where will I meet the driver when I arrive?

The driver will wait for you at the airport's arrival hall by holding a sign with your name. If you can not see it, you can call the emergency telephone number that we have given you with your confirmation of your reservation.

If you arrive at the port, the driver will wait for you with a name tag outside your ship.

For transport from the accommodation, the driver will be at the reception or at the entrance if there is no reception 15 minutes before your departure time.

How do I arrange to have a babysit? Is there an extra charge?

Please fill in the form of your booking to fill in the need for babysit, the age of the child and their number if you want more than one

There is no extra charge for Babysit.

Can I arrange my return?

Yes you can arrange your return with your arrival with a 10% discount on your return trip. If you are not sure about your departure date or you do not want to book it with your arrival, you can always book your return

Can I cancel or change my reservation?

Reservation can be canceled free of charge no later than 24 hours before the reservation is made.

Change of reservation can be made within 24 hours, except for flight delays where we are informed and the time of your reservation is automatically changed by us.

If my flight is delayed, when should I let you know?

In case your flight is delayed you do not have to do anything. We take care to keep you informed of the exact time of arrival of your flights and your driver will be there in time

How many luggage fit in each vehicle

The taxi accommodates 1 medium suitcase and one hand luggage per passenger, ie 4 medium suitcases and 4 hand luggage, alternatively 2 large suitcases, one small and 4 hand luggage.

In case your luggage exceeds the above number you will need to hire a second vehicle.

The Mini Van accommodates 10 medium sized cases or 8 medium sized cases and 5 hand luggage.

My destination is not in the list. How can I make a reservation?

If your destination is not mentioned in our price list, you can contact us by phone or email at info@gemtransfer.gr to tell you the cost or confirm your booking for the point you will indicate.

In what ways can I pay?

You can pay for the driver with cash or card upon prior arrangement.

What hours do you work on?

Telephone service is 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

If you contact us by email, the answer will be as soon as possible or at the latest within a few hours.

When is my booking valid?

Your reservation is valid if you have filled out the details of the booking form and you receive the confirmation email from us.

Can I book late in the evening?

Yes you can book any time you want
