- Your booking must be at least 24 hours in advance. If this is not feasible, please contact us by phone to make the reservation
- In order to confirm your online reservation, you will receive a voucher from us within 24 hours of the time you make your reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation email (check the spam folder too), we have not received the booking and you must contact us again by email or by phone.
- In the confirmation email you will receive all the details of the booking you have stated, if any information is incorrect, please let us know as soon as possible.
- Reservations made electronically in less than 24 hours from the time of arrival or departure and have not received confirmation email are not considered valid and no liability whatsoever.
- If your luggage is more than those described in the FAQ for each type of vehicle, you are required to hire a second vehicle at your own charge.
- If you are unable to meet the driver at the preset meeting point, you must contact the emergency telephone. If you leave the point without telling us the responsibility is yours.
- Payment is made directly to the driver by cash or credit card (upon request). The amount you will pay is what is shown on the confirmation email you received from us.
- If your transportation is not feasible due to extreme weather, strikes etc. you will be informed as soon as possible.
- Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
- There are infants or young children must have informed us during the booking process to provide you with suitable transport seats without extra charge.
- Reservation is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time of arrival.
